1)Open
outlook express & connect to the internet.
2) Select the tools menu then select accounts. See

3) Select add (new account) and select a mail account.

4) Display name should be something like "Trial Realestate"
(Your company name) then click the 'next' button See

5) email address should be Your email address eg info@trialrealestate.com.au
then click the 'next' button See

6) use a 'pop3' server with the following server names incoming
mail 'mail.trialrealestate.com.au' (Given to you by us)
outgoing mail should be set to your ISP outgoing mail server
(eg. mail.bigpond.com) then click 'next' button. See

7) Enter account name trialrealestate.sales for example and
password jp39gg2 for example then click 'next' button.

8) Click the 'finished' button or call 1300 303 383 for further
assistance.
9) Click on the new mail.trialrealestate.com.au account and
click the 'set as default' button. See

10) Click on the new mail.trialrealestate.com.au account
and click the 'properties' button. See

11) Set the 'reply address' to your E-mail addressn eg info@trialrealestate.com.au

12) Click the 'Servers' tab. See

13) Outgoing mail should be set to your ISP's outgoing mail
server as done in step 6 above.
14) Tick the 'My server requires authentication' checkbox
and click the 'Settings' button. See

15) Tick the 'Log on using' button and type in your ISP Account
name and Password in the fields provided.
(These are provided by your ISP eg bigpond) See

16) Click Ok on all setup windows and close the 'internet
accounts' box. See

17) click the 'send/receive' button on outlook express to
receive mail. See

This should set up your new email account. You should follow
the same instructions for other email accounts.
